Problem Playing a DVD? A Note On Compatibility
|
All my items are guaranteed against defects but not compatibility issues. They don't make
DVD+rs or DVD burner programs that are 100% compatible with all home DVD players. So my
DVDs are not guaranteed to play in your home DVD player. They are, however, guaranteed to
play in your computers DVD+Rom.
Now I have had a few people try to get replacement disks from me saying their items where
defective, when in fact it was a compatibility issue.
If you have any problems playing your DVDs in your home DVD player, please check it with your
computer's DVD+Rom drive. If it plays on your computer but not your home DVD player it is
definitely a compatibility issue. Not a defective item.
Sometimes a home DVD player will play all the title tracks, except for two. Most people would
think this to be a defective disk. Thinking if the other episodes played but one or two don't, their
DVD player is compatible. This is not true. Some incompatible DVD players, play most of the
tracks fine, but for some reason not all of the tracks will play.
Always, Always, check with your computers DVD+Rom drive first before contacting me thinking
your item is defective. Also, please don't say your DVDs are defective, just so you can get
another copy of the item, in hopes that, that one will play on your DVD player.
All of my DVD are made with the same program and each will have the same compatibility as the
other.
One more thing. Only unplayable files go under defective stuff. If you get a DVD that has a few
seconds of picture problem, please don't e-mail saying you want a replacement disk. I will only
replace something that does not work, does not play, on you computer's DVD+Rom drive.
